NOTE: Hall rentals are NOT available on Wednesdays and Fridays

 

This is a NO SMOKING Hall.

 

Any and all damage or destruction to the VFW property will be paid for by the individual{s} or group renting the Hall and/or Conference room.

 

The individual(s) or group renting the Hall and/or Conference Room agree to leave all existing VFW materials in place.

The rental fee only includes paper tablecloths. All other decorations, silverware, dishes, etc are up to renter (unless it is negotiated with the VFW and added to the renter fee total). Setting up the Hall is done by the VFW which includes arrangement of tables (with paper tablecloths) and chairs.

 

All alcoholic beverages will be bought from the VFW. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE TO BE BROUGHT IN. All drinks will be at prevailing prices (Must call for pricing of alcoholic beverages.) NO BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS will be brought into or taken out of the premises.
